No sooner you give us your details, then we book you all in. You just tell us your date, time and address.

Next you decide on which Teen Pamper Party treatments. All treatments are 15 minutes each choose from a Manicure, Pedicure, Foot Scrub or Chocolate Facial

Which Teen Pamper Party Treatment

They are all pretty popular but if your daughter loves getting her nails done then a 15 min Manicure or 15 min Pedicure is perfect

But remember if having a Manicure make sure its in school holidays as not all schools allow painted fingernails

Or if they love looking after their skin and who doesn’t love chocolate, then a 15 mins Chocolate Facial is perfect. They love the smell of the Chocolate made with real Cocoa.

Also it’s a great way to introduce the importance of looking after their skin. As their skin always feels nice and soft afterwards.

How to do DIY Teen Pamper Parties?

Foot Spa

Girls love to soak their feet in nice warm water. Their feet will fill so nice & soft plus super clean afterwards. Here’s what you need

large bowls
body or foot scrub
body moisturiser

First soak their feet in warm water and use a scrub on their feet. Then pat dry and moisturise. Also try this easy recipe for Bath Bombs. For something yummy to eat are these great Spa themed cupcakes

Facials

Teenagers love Chocolate Facial so try this easy Chocolate mask. Have some good quality Cocoa powder melted to make a paste. Then just add some almond oil

What you need

Hair band
Small bowls/Facial sponge
Teenager cleanser/moisturiser
Chocolate Mask /Brush for mask

For young skins Neutrogena skin care is ideal and affordable for your DIY Teenage Pamper Party . Firstly cleanse face with sponges. Then apply the Facial mask with a brush. Whilst drying Massage hands for 7 – 10 mins.

They could also make some yummy simple Lip Glosses and even decorate the little lip gloss jars with glitter or coloured tape. Try this easy recipe for DIY lip glosses

Mani and Pedi

All girls love having their nails painted a pretty colour. So just buy some nice and bright colours & glitters.

What you need

Nail files Base coat preferably a base coat
Coloured polishes
Quality quick dry Top coat
Nail Polish remover
Cotton Pads

Start by washing hands and drying hands throughly. Then filing nails preferably in one direction. Wipe each nail thoroughly with Nail Polish Remover

Apply base coat and wait 1 minute between all coats. Making sure you apply thin coats through out the whole manicure. Paint 2 coats of coloured polish. Lastly apply top coat and on the tip as well.

Also they could make their very own signature Perfume try oils Ylang Ylang, Vanilla, Lime or Jasmine. Here is an easy recipe for a Kids Perfume.

Indulgent Boozy Spa Party Cocktails you can sip while lounging in the pool

Rainbow Brew looks amazing
Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Coconut Rum
2 splashes Peach Schnapps
4 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice

All you do is add ingredients slowly into a hurricane glass in the above order.

Pink Daiquiri if you love your rum yummy
Ingredients

9 Oz white rum
6 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1.5 Tsp grenadine
4.5 Tsp superfine granulated sugar

Firstly stir all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Then add 2 cups ice cubes & stir. Finally pour Daiquiri through a sieve

Holiday Pomegranate Mojito light refreshing drink
Ingredients

⅓ cup pomegranate juice, light
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 oz rum, preferably white
¼ tsp stevia or to taste
½ cup champagne
ice
pomegranate arils for decoration

In a glass add pomegranate juice, lime juice, rum and sugar, mix well. Then you fill the glass with ice cubes. Lastly top it off with the champagne sprinkle with Pomegranate arils.

Rosemary Gin Fizz super easy sparkling drink
Ingredients

3 one-inch sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 small lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon honey
1 ½ ounces gin
3 ounces club soda

In a small glass, muddle the fresh rosemary, lemon juice & honey. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the gin & top with club soda.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 cup of fresh pineapple diced
1 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of coconut milk
3 cups of ice cubes
Pineapple wedges for garnishing

In a blender, add banana, pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, ice & coconut milk. Now you pour the mixture into the glasses & garnish with pineapple wedges.

Mint Choco Mocktail make me one now
Ingredients

2 ounces of chocolate and mint ice cream
1 ounce of coconut cream
A handful of crushed ice
2 ounces of low fat cream
2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup

So you coat the rim of a mocktail glass with chocolate syrup. Then combine all the ingredients in a pitcher until smooth.

Here is a simple DIY Lip Scrub

Are you organising a Kids Pamper Party use good quality flavouring & colouring from Health Food Stores

Lip Scrub recipes

First is Sugar – Granulated or Caster – gentler scrub
Brown or coconut – firmer scrub
Next is Oil – Coconut, Olive or Almond oil
Also Flavour & Colouring optional try Vanilla, Peppermint, Cinnamon or fresh Fruit
Use 2 parts Sugar to 1 part Oil
Store in a small jar
You can cleanse face & scrub lips at the same time then rinse
Just use scrub twice a week

Spa Pamper Party tips – have aromatic Candles, Incense or fragrant Flowers

Try fragrant Foot soaks, relaxing Facials or Pampering Mani or Pedi

Here is an easy DIY Body Scrub

For a good quality salt try Himalaya Salt or Sea Salt
