Where do we go?
We go to all Homes, Hospitals or Hotels, Whether you’re recovering in hospital and need a relaxing neck & shoulder massage. Or want some pretty polished toes for that special occasion
What areas do you service?
We travel from Gold Coast, Logan, Redlands, Brisbane to Moreton Bay areas. Some suburbs incur minimum of 1.5 hrs or travel allowance. We cater for all events Home Visits, Birthday’s, Baby Showers, Mother’s Day or Corporate Functions
How do I book a Hospital Mobile Beauty appointment ?
Just call, text, email or go to our contact page. Then we will work out a suitable time and day. Payment is always prior to your booking
What do I tell the hospital before you arrive?
Always consult with your Doctor or Nurse that you are medically fine to have your pamper booking. Also check that you have no scheduled appointments when we are arriving. As our Hospital bookings are based around other appointments so we do need to finish on time
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule ?
Please note cancellations must be 24 hrs notice unless urgent health issues occur. Cancellation fee of $30 is charged or if our therapist has arrived and you need to reschedule. Refer to our information and policy page
What does happen at my actual booking?
During your booking, the therapist will arrive with everything you require. If there are any specificities or special circumstances you’d like us to take into account, please let us know beforehand. As we can cater for the elderly, disabled & for injuries
Why does a Hospital Mobile Beauty Service cost more?
Please note that our hospital mobile beauty service are at a slightly higher price due to additional time to allocate parking and locating your room. As well as extra time to accommodate for injury or illness.
