I would like to thank Susann and her team for providing the absolute best possible pamper party experience on Mothers Day 2023. Susann was very informative, patient, professional and communicated well with me in organising a big group.
 
All of our 13 Mothers really enjoyed their Pamper sessions. This will be our 2nd time booking with Relax & Rebalance Beauty for Mother’s Day Pamper Party. Even our 2 girls joined the pamper party and they had the best experience. If you would like to get at affordable price and great service for a big group, I highly recommend Susann and her team! We used ‘Relax & Rebalance’ for my sister’s birthday. We set up our place to look like a day spa and these guys worked in so well. We had Susann and Jess who were not only amazing people but very skilled therapists. They had a wide range of products and services to choose from at reasonable prices.

Among our party of six we had the opportunity to try a bit of everything from Indian head massage, facials, body massages, to mani and pedi. It was an awesome experience and we all loved it.
I recommend this service 100% especially if you’re looking for something to do as a group for a birthday or hens and the best thing is they come to you whether at home or at a hotel etc. I am definitely going to use them again.

I was at my wit’s end as I couldn’t maintain my mother’s nails and the lovely staff at her aged care facility just didn’t have the time. She was prone to skin tears so I needed to get her nails trimmed right back.
I hadn’t realized that there were professional manicurists who could come to my mother who is bed bound.
Then I found Susann online and I could relax.
 
Susann is so kind and takes such good care to slowly fix problems that have developed over time.
My mother is non-verbal so Susann and I chat away and I really enjoy the time spent during the appointment.
I would recommend Susann to anyone who wants a professional manicure but doesn’t have time to visit a salon.

Susann is not only patient, kind , but she does a wonderful job making sure my Mum’s nails look great. My Mum lives with dementia and is easily agitated.. Susann engages with my Mum and calms her. My Mum enjoys the pampering and Susann makes sure my Mum ‘s nails are filed, cleaned and always asks my Mum to choose the nail polish colour

Been in hospital for 6 weeks straight plus off & on since Aug. nails hasn’t been refilled in 4 months. Neia came to hospital, cleaned up the old and brought back the new. She has a lovely disposition, Fri eg bff d my and a perfectionist. Wonderful job. Very happy
